People Worth Meeting – Moira Geary – The Coffee at Eleven Show REPLAY

“I help people become unf**kwithable.” Moira Geary tells it as it is, in front of our largest live Café audience to date on Coffee at 11.

Moira Geary is the woman who held my hand during my first faltering steps in 2016 on the journey which has ultimately led to “The Coffee at Eleven Show,” so this episode is even more special to me.

Moira runs a Personal Development company since 2007, about which she says, “I teach people how to wake up and change their lives. We do this with a large focus on online connection and training and products as well as in person large events, smaller more intimate events, and certification programs. Bottom line, I help people become unf**kwithable”

Over the last 13 years, Moira has developed an impressive track record in teaching thousands of clients how to effectively manage stress, worry, procrastination, self-sabotage, overwhelm and fear.

She has worked with people in one-to-one consultations, on-line, in corporate and private groups, schools, women’s groups, charities and with her main audience which is the general public. With a love for all aspects of mental fitness, Moira understands that to gain true, complete happiness you must target this at all levels – Psychologically, Emotionally and Spiritually.

A regular media contributor, Moira sincerely and passionately lives what she teaches.

Stick on the kettle, grab a coffee and a notepad, pull up a comfy chair and listen, learn and laugh alongside the LIVE audience in this fantastic replay.

Sarah Gillespie brings us through her inspiring journey up to and including Covid19.

Overcoming unimaginable adversity and remaining strong and resolute on her path, Sarah was a welcome guest to our café and brought a perspective we can all benefit from.

Sarah is the energetic founder of RINKA Kids Fitness and Wellness and oozes passion for inspiring children to love fitness.

Sarah’s initiation into the world of business started at 18 years of age and this experience began her understanding of the importance of self-confidence in a child’s life.

Providing a dynamic & fun system for managing children’s health & wellbeing through active and creative fitness classes: Sarah said “We believe the secret is in building confidence and therefore our emphasis is on participation and not perfection. Teach every child that they ‘can’ do it and the chances are they ‘will’ do it!!”
